Every couple will complete the six core modules below.

Clearly understand the three foundational truths of marriage: the Gospel, love, and covenant.
2: Expectations
Complete the expectations assessment to learn what assumptions you have in your relationship.
3: Communication
Establish "peacetime and wartime strategies" for building better, more productive communication habits.
4: Intimacy
Learn how trust, transparency, and intimacy trace back to the Gospel.
5: Household
Decipher the "economies of the home" and build unity around the biggest stressors in marriage: money, priorities, and chores.
6: Purpose
Marriage matters for so many reasons beyond you! Discuss your purpose and build a plan to live in full light of the Gospel.

We Believe
Hi, we’re Ryan & Selena Frederick. It’s great to meet you! We also believe that every couple can have a fulfilling, deep, and meaningful marriage (and family-life) when it’s built on the heart-transforming of the Gospel: love and covenant. That’s what this entire project is all about.
We are living evidence of what the Gospel can do when experienced by two hardened hearts in marriage. We hope to share that profound, life-changing message with every couple we meet.

We started our ministry, Fierce Marriage, 8 years ago with a simple mission: to point couples to Christ. He is so faithful to transform hearts when the Gospel is truly central in life—especially in marriage! A few quick facts about us:
- 17 years of marriage!
- We have three daughters (7, 4, 1)

- Ryan is pursuing a Master's in Theology

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! However, we usually recommend that you are within 6 months of your wedding day.
With the exception of special Zoom calls, all of the content is pre-recorded and can be watched at any time.
This system is designed for couples to use together, but individual husbands/wives will benefit from the content as well.
You are free to cancel at any time. Please note, since this is a digital product we are unable to offer refunds.
Enrollment lasts for 12 months. The one exception is for those who sign up prior to launch; their enrollment period lasts for 12 months from the time the system is officially launched.
Ryan and Selena are the primary instructors, so In a way, you will have total access to them in the videos! There will also be opportunities to connect with them directly via Zoom.
Everything is on-demand, so you pick the pace!
